/

In 1871, the Hayward Brothers patented their “semi-prism” glass pavement light and were commonly used to refract light into previously unlightable spaces. Today glass light bricks are becoming increasingly rare to find, being removed to simplify pedestrian surfaces. Through chance, a number of situations were found over the year and collated into an limited edition art book series, comprising of colours sampled from site photographs.
