Mint is perhaps one of the most undervalued herbs around. Beyond the fiscal wordplay, the mint plant has remarkable currency being used as a medicine to aide indigestion, fresh breath and nausea to a ‘negativity’ detergent when it was mixed with boiling water in Victorian homes and even a tax payment in biblical times.

Over the day, alongside public watering – trading evolved – from mint chewing gum, to a guest lecture, help at conference and a few promises to hashtag an image #TransActing
